Your role as Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Digital Transformation Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong risk and cyber background, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in project management and guiding transformations. As a Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ future success by providing strategic guidance and overseeing the execution of consulting projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, conduct digital capability assessments, and identify growth opportunities within the risk and cybersecurity domain.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation.
