How can I apply for jobs at Riverflex?

What can I expect from the Riverflex recruitment process?

Our process is designed to give you a well-rounded picture of the role and of Riverflex, and give us a well-rounded picture of you. It starts with an intro call with our Talent team, followed by a technical assessment (interview or live strategy exercise, depending on the role), and a final in-person conversation with someone from our Leadership Team. Every step will be explained as you go, and our Talent team is always on hand for questions. We like to move quickly and aim for a fast feedback turnaround at every stage. We typically don't hire against a fixed start date, so every candidate in the process gets a fair opportunity. If you're ever unsure where things stand, just ask, we're always happy to give you an update.

What will I actually be working on as a Consulting intern?

The short answer? A lot. Real client projects with blue-chip companies, strategic internal work, hands-on tasks across research, data visualisation, and strategy, all while applying the latest AI tools to real business challenges. You won't be watching from the sidelines.

Can I connect my internship to my thesis?

Yes! This is absolutely something we can explore together. Just flag it early in the selection process so we can align with your academic requirements and make it work for both sides.

Is there an opportunity to continue at Riverflex after the internship?

We're always looking for the next Riverflexer. Many of our current team started as interns, some are still here, growing with the business. Our internship is designed to support your professional development, you'll have a coach to check in with across concrete milestones, so you're not just delivering work, you're growing through it. There's no automatic pathway to a full-time role, but where there's mutual interest and the right fit, the conversation is always open. If Riverflex feels like the right place for you, tell us.
