Victor Hoong

Victor started up Riverflex together with Andre & Danique in 2018. He has a long background in consulting starting with Deloitte in 2000. Victor’s focus in consulting has been on customer technology, consumer business & retail strategy and business transformation. He was previously an equity partner at Deloitte leading the Digital and Retail practices.

André Azadehdel

André has spent over twenty years helping businesses with their customer and digital transformations and has worked as a consultant in a big-four, led transformations for some of the worlds' biggest brands and is an ExCo member for an international media business as CIO. He set up Riverflex with his business partner and friend, Victor, because he enjoys solving businesses’ hardest problems and believes this can be done better with a new type of consulting firm. ‌

Danique Wagemaker

Danique carries 8 years of experience in delivering digital & technology strategies for senior digital and CxO leadership, and leading data driven marketing programmes. Her industry focus lies in retail (Fashion, Grocery), technology (Consumer Electronics) & FMCG industry (Food, Personal care, Health care). She previously held managerial positions at Deloitte Digital and Google.

Frank Korf

Frank has joined Riverflex in the summer of 2022 to build the Data & Analytics practice. Frank's entire career has revolved around using data to improve business processes and generate business value. He has over 10 years of consulting experience and has built and led Data & Analytics consulting teams. His ability to combine his background in both Business and Analytics has enabled Frank to build bridges between the business and data side of organizations.

Güneş Süsler

Gunes is the Managing Director of Riverflex Turkey and has over 20 years of experience in consultancy with a previous role as a Partner in Deloitte Consulting. With a background in strategy, operations, and technology, he leads omnichannel and digital transformation programs and helps organizations create business value by aligning business objectives with digital and analytics solutions, new practices, capabilities, and culture. He has served companies such as ING, Ford, BMW, Merck, Arçelik, Vestel, Beymen, and Penti.

Laura Barranco

Laura is a digital strategy & business transformation leader in the consumer goods, health, and retail sectors. Riverflex Managing Director and Principal with more than 18 years of experience in developing and implementing digital transformations. Some clients: Walmart, Asda, Nestlé, Bacardi, BP.
