Your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant | Data and Analytics

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will spearhead our Data and Analytics (D&A) 360 recruitment efforts. You will work directly with D&A directors to identify new business opportunities by leveraging your deep understanding of the field alongside your comprehensive 360 recruitment experience. This includes bringing insight of the D&A talent in the market, effectively sharing these insights both internally and externally to clients and where to find the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract and vet top freelance talent in the D&A domain
  • Provide D&A talent market insights, report insights to internal (core team) and external (client) stakeholders, provide expertise on where to find top D&A talent
  • Develop tailored talent strategies for clients to solve their challenges
  • Drive new business and client relationships within the D&A domain
  • Stay up to date with a (basic) understanding of the D&A domain (e.g. latest trends, concepts, technologies, and how these impact the talent market)
  • Develop internal team capabilities by hosting learn and shares on your knowledge with a focus on the D&A
  • Ownership and authority over your work: This is a new role for Riverflex, you have the opportunity to shape the talent D&A domain at Riverflex the way you see it best

Role Requirements

  • 4-7 years of 360 recruitment experience, with a strong track record of driving new business
  • Good (conceptual) knowledge of D&A technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively drive business, manage senior stakeholders & engage with candidates
  • Understanding the D&A talent market: Ability to gather market insights and how the talent market is behaving and this impacts businesses
  • Growth mindset: Eager to develop your skillsets both personally and professionally
