Working closely with our Finance and Talent teams, you’ll lead the recruitment process for internal roles, ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. This part-time position, requiring 24 hours per week, offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization while providing flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments.

As an HR Operations Specialist at Riverflex, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic growth culture, contributing to the development of the HR function. Working closely with our Finance and Talent teams, you’ll lead the recruitment process for internal roles, ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. This part-time position, requiring 24 hours per week, offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization while providing flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments.

Role Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Structure, operationalize, and evolve HR processes related to the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Implement and enforce standardized documentation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance to employees and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to HR improvement projects, identifying and correcting challenges in existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in the Netherlands and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Provide support for health and safety initiatives, including sickness reporting and Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RIE)
  • Structure and enhance HR processes, including, visa applications, 30% ruling, employee benefits, pensions, guidelines, award structures, and expense policies.


We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree  or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a small-medium business or scale-up environment.
  • Business-level fluency in English and intermediate proficiency in Dutch.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Employer Branding (e.g., managing Glassdoor) to enhance the organization’s reputation and attract top talent.
