Ready to begin your career in consulting?
At Riverflex, you have the opportunity to grow and become a Digital Consultant during a 6-month internship in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You will be working with experienced consultants and top-tier clients – all while contributing to the growth of a scale up.
We are not your traditional consultancy; unlike others, we work with a large network of highly qualified independents and freelancers, allowing us to build lean, dynamic teams tailored to each project. We deeply believe in the power of open-talent ecosystems and have set out to create a better world of work and greater impact of talent through network organisations. Role Requirements
What sets you up for success?
- You don’t accept the status quo and always find a way to improve things
- You enjoy being challenged and have ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- You are interested and motivated to work in a digital environment
- You are a self-starter who wants a hands-on role
- You are curious and love diving deep into new topics
- You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum) + Dutch is a plus
- You are completing or have completed your Master studies (business related is preferred but not required)
- You are a top performer which you have demonstrated with outstanding achievements
