Premkumar is the Foundry Lead at Riverflex and helps companies to achieve their digital transformation outcomes they need. He has experience in a wide variety of service-oriented industries, including advertising, retail, legal and telecommunication. ​

Premkumar is an experienced product delivery director with an MBA and a diverse digital background across media, retail, telco, and travel industries. He has a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product lifecycles, from concept to launch and transition to live service, using a range of agile tools and techniques.​

Recent examples of Premkumar’s work are: ​

• As a Cloud Transformation Lead, Prem has led a major cloud transformation to modernise the legacy estate by migrating hundreds of applications to Azure. ​
• As a Data Science Director, Prem has helped build a data science capability within the data lab team and has built an Azure data science pipeline to analyse the data from the on-premise data stores. ​
• As a Tech Delivery Manager for one of the worlds largest outdoor advertising companies, Prem worked closely with IT leadership to define and deliver their digital roadmap for their European IT landscape, managing the delivery of 12 multi-disciplinary scrum teams from multiple vendors. He also coached teams on self-organisation, collective ownership, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration, and migrated the infrastructure from an in-house data center to a hybrid cloud environment.
