Key responsibilities 

Your management, operational and entrepreneurial skills will build our people and operations capabilities while leading the Talent Acquisition, Contracting, Onboarding, and Quality Management processes in a scalable, structured, innovative and professional way.

Who are we looking for? 

  • 5-8 years of demonstrated relevant experience 
  • Preferable (strategic) consulting experience or similar strategic role within the company 
  • Eager to get stuck in and have a hands-on role in building structure, systems, programs, and processes to improve operational efficiencies 
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilitie
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and looking to work in a small team and make processes and activities scalable 
  • Excellent at building relationships and are customer-focused 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment 
  • Independence and the ability to be self-motivated in a remote working context
