For years, I built my career as a consultant on detailed plans, precise reports, and the ability to navigate complex client demands.My tools were spreadsheets and Gantt charts, and I thrived on creating order out of chaos. These methods worked well, giving me confidence in my ability to tackle even the most demanding projects.

But as the pace of business accelerated, it became clear that the old ways were no longer enough. Deadlines became tighter, resources stretched thinner, and new methodologies like hybrid project management required me to juggle agility with structure. The tools I once relied on started to feel limiting in this rapidly evolving environment.

One late night, in search of a better way to manage my workload, I came across an article on AI and its potential in project management. Initially, I was skeptical.
